Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, passed a law proposing to ban Russia's representatives from observing elections in Ukraine.

KIEV (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 07th February, 2019) Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, passed a law proposing to ban Russia's representatives from observing elections in Ukraine.

The decision at a meeting on Thursday was supported by 232 lawmakers with the necessary minimum of 226 votes.

The presidential elections in Ukraine will be held March 31, parliamentary elections will be held in the fall.
