MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th February, 2019) Official representatives of Kabul are not attending the intra-Afghan meeting in Moscow, the head of the Afghan diaspora in Russia, Ghulam Mohammad Jalal, who is one of the meeting organizers, told reporters Tuesday.
"The official structures of Afghanistan are not present here," Jalal said.
He said about 90 people, with 10-12 of them from the Taliban movement, were taking part in the Moscow meeting.
