It was the 18th birthday of Wasim Akram’s son Akbar and although Shaniera may not have given birth to him, her love for the son was heart-melting.
Taking to Instagram, Shaniera shared a selfie of herself with her ‘beautiful boy’ Akbar and said he has been one of the best things to ever happen to her.
She added that her whole life changed since she met him, and hoped she has proven to be a good mother.
“Today my beautiful boy turns 18! We have been excited for this day for so long. You have been one of the best things to ever happen to me Akbar, and my whole life has changed since I met you. I hope I’ve been a good mummy and promise to always be there for you through thick and thin. Love you with all my heart #HeFinallyTurns18 #OurBoy” Shaniera wrote.
