MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st January, 2019) Russia's foreign debt in 2018 decreased by $64.4 billion, or 12.4 percent, to $453.7 billion, the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) said in its materials Monday.

"Russia's foreign debt as of January 1, 2019, according to a preliminary estimate of the Bank of Russia, amounted to $453.7 billion, having decreased over the past year by $64.4 billion, or 12.4 percent," the statement said.
