"The Russian citizen, who was detained in Oslo on January 17, 2019, was left in custody by January 19 decision of the Oslo City Court until February 16. During the next four weeks, law enforcement agencies will conduct investigative activities. The next court hearing on his case is scheduled for February 15," Timur Chekanov, a spokesman for the embassy, said.
