MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 18th January, 2019) German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas invited Russia to take part in a conference on arms control, including advanced weapons.
"The issue of international arms control architecture has rarely been discussed in recent years. We want to change this, so I invite you to a conference in Berlin in the spring to discuss the regulation of new types of weapons. I hope there will be broad participation," Maas said.
