Evacuees From Syria's Idlib Province Receive Humanitarian Aid - Russian Military

DAMASCUS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th January, 2019) Russian servicemen brought 500 food kits to a Syrian camp inhabited by people, who had been evacuated from the Kefarya town located in the militant-held Idlib province, Eduard Titov, a representative of the Russian Defense Ministry's Center for Syrian Reconciliation, said.

"We have arrived in the Khirjila camp and brought 500 food kits, each of them including a kilogram [2.2 pounds] of rice, sugar and flour; four cans of meat and 30 grams of tea," Titov told reporters.

The residents of Kefarya had been evacuated from the town last July. While they were living in the town, occupied by terrorists, they often faced shellings and had no access to medical aid and pure water.
