Recently, a fan of all rounder Shahid Afridi expressed his desperate wish on Twitter to meet him.
Bilal Mazhar in his tweet on Wednesday said that out of the whole world, he only wants to meet Shahid Afridi at least once in his life.
“1 Universe, 8 Planets, 204 Countries, 809 Islands, 7 Seas, and over 8 billion People but I want to meet only you @SAfridiOfficial at least once in life #HopeNotOut #FightForPeace,” the fan wrote.
With a number of retweets, this came to Shahid Afridi’s attention as well who then asked for his contact number.
Lala is surely loved by his fans and this act has further increased his followers.
Afridi announced his retirement from international cricket in February, 2017 after playing 398 ODIs, 99 T20Is and 27 Tests. In ODIs, he scored 8064 runs with six centuries and 39 fifties.
In T20Is, he had 1416 runs with four half-centuries while in Test cricket, he struck 1716 runs with five centuries and eight half-centuries.
With his remarkable performance, Afridi is still very popular among his fans.
