Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 31st December, 2018) A doctor at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) has committed suicide.
According to details, a doctor, identified as Qayyum, ended his life by shooting himself in Chung area of Lahore.
The police reached the scene after getting information. They collected the evidence and shifted the dead body to hospital for post mortem.
According to police, Qayyum shot himself at his house in Green Fort Society.
The rescue teams reached his house upon receiving the information but he had died by them.
Police said that Qayyum was working as a doctor in Shaukat Khanum Hospital and was suffering from depression.
Police said that the post mortem report will confirm the reason of death.
None of the relatives of the doctor have given any statement yet.
