"In 2018, Roscosmos began working on the conceptual design of the super heavy-lift launch vehicle (SHLLV) and plans to complete the design stage in 2019. The start of the vehicle's air trials is scheduled for 2028. ... Changes were made to the state program of the Russian Federation 'Russia's Space Activities in 2013-2020,' and a detailed timetable for its implementation in 2018-2020 was confirmed. Additional changes were introduced to the Federal Space Program of Russia for 2016-2025," the space agency's statement, published on its official website, said.
