WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 18th December, 2018) The decision to transform the existing security forces in Kosovo into an army is in blatant violation on UN Security Council resolution 1244, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia said.
"The decision on transforming the Kosovo security forces into the Kosovo defense forces has become a gross violation of the [UN] Security Council resolution 1244," Nebenzia told the Security Council on Monday.
