MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 13th December, 2018) President of the European Council Donald Tusk said he would meet UK Prime Minister Theresa May later on Thursday ahead of the European Council Summit, for "last-minute talks."
On Monday, May delayed the vote on Brexit deal in the UK parliament to seek further reassurances from her European colleagues.
"Ahead of #EUCO I will meet PM @theresa_may for last-minute talks," Tusk wrote on Twitter.
Brussels has stressed repeatedly that it would not renegotiate the Brexit agreement, but allowed for the possibility of clarifications.
