On December 7, Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite announced that Vilnius had introduced sanctions against Russia over the incident with Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait.
"We have repeatedly emphasized that any anti-Russian actions by the Lithuanian government won't be left without an adequate response. And in this case, a mirror-like response from our side will follow," Zakharova said at a briefing.
