WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th December, 2018) There is no proof of any nuclear component in Iran's missile launches that are in general not prohibited by the resolution 2231, Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia told the UN Security Council on Wednesday.

"We have heard today a lot about ballistic missiles. Let me recall that there is item 3 of Annex B of resolution 2231. Iran there is called upon not to undertake activities having to do with ballistic missiles, ballistic missiles which are designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons," Nebenzia said. "Overall missile launches in general are not banned, and any proof showing that they may have a nuclear component is absent."
