PARIS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th December, 2018) A man suspected of shooting passers-by in the French city of Strasbourg was previously convicted of an armed attack, a local portal Dernieres nouvelles d'Alsace (DNA) reported.
The man was sentenced in 2011 to two years in prison for an armed attack with a neck of a broken bottle, the publication said.
It is noted that then he had wounded a 16-year-old teenager in the face during a brawl at a shopping center.
According to French media, the man's name is Cherif.
