"All CLEAR at Columbus Circle, pedestrian traffic is now open. Thank you for your cooperation," the New York City Police Department said on Twitter.
On Thursday night, the police issued a bomb alert in the Time Warner Center, evacuating the building to conduct comprehensive sweep-and-search there. The pedestrian and vehicle traffic was closed at Columbus Circle, West 58th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue.
