MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th November, 2018) The incident in the Kerch Strait, when Russian border guards had to detain Ukrainian naval vessels for violation of the Russian state border, is a very dangerous provocation that requires serious investigation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday.
"This is a very dangerous provocation, therefore, it certainly requires special attention and a special investigation," Peskov told reporters.
He said the Kerch Strait incident would be discussed at a UN Security Council meeting later in the day on a Russian initiative.
