LISBON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 24th November, 2018) The planned withdrawal of the United States from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty with Russia will be "a rather incautious step," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Saturday.
"We have already stated several times our position on the US intention [to pull out of the INF Treaty]. We think that it will be a rather incautious step," Lavrov said at a press conference with his Portuguese counterpart Augusto Santos Silva in Lisbon, adding that Russia was interested in preserving the treaty.
