ROME (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 23rd November, 2018) The next meeting in Astana on Syria, to be held November 28-29, will focus on efforts to complete the formation of the constitutional commission, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Friday.
"We spoke about the efforts to form a constitutional commission in line with the decisions of the Syria national dialogue congress held in Sochi this January. The next milestone in these efforts will be the next meeting of the three guarantors of the Astana process - Russia, Turkey and Iran with the participation of observers from the UN, to be held in Astana on November 28-29," Lavrov said at a press conference with his Italian counterpart Enzo Moavero Milanesi.
