MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 08th November, 2018) Afghanistan High Peace Council Deputy Chairman Hajji Deen Mohammad will lead Kabul's delegation to the Moscow format meeting, the council's spokesman Ihsan Taheri told Sputnik.
"The Afghan delegation will be led by High Peace Council Deputy Chairman Hajji Deen Mohammad ... The delegation comprises four people, all of them are the council's members," Taheri said.
The spokesman noted that the talks would focus on organizing direct talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban.
"The agenda will focus on direct, face-to-face negotiations between the Afghan government and the Taliban movement, and we hope to be able to start negotiations soon," Taheri said.
