ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 29th Oct, 2018) H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President's Representative, said that the launch of Emirati satellite KhalifaSat into orbit, the first Emirati satellite to be 100 percent developed at the facilities of Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre, MBRSC, by Emirati engineers, is a remarkable achievement to the UAE.
In a tweet via his official account, Sheikh Sultan said, "This day marks a historic turning point in which the people of the UAE demonstrated their determination and ability to give and excel."
He added that it is an occasion to celebrate the pride and determination of Emirati citizens who work for the sake of their country. He emphasised that these accomplishments would not have been achieved without the support and care of the UAE's leadership and guidance.
