US federal authorities have arrested a person who is believed to be behind a series of suspected bombs sent to prominent Democrats and others, Justice Department spokesperson Sarah Isgur Flores said in a statement on Friday.
WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th October, 2018) US Federal authorities have arrested a person who is believed to be behind a series of suspected bombs sent to prominent Democrats and others, Justice Department spokesperson Sarah Isgur Flores said in a statement on Friday.
"We can confirm one person is in custody," Isgur Flores said in a Twitter message.
At least 12 packages have been sent over the past few days to former President Barack Obama, former Vice President Joe Biden, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and others.
