"We are accused of having 'highly likely' done this, interfered there, done that. And nobody thinks it necessary to give any proof," Putin said at the Valdai Discussion Club in the Russian city of Sochi.
Russia has been repeatedly accused of meddling in the 2016 US presidential election, orchestrating cyberattacks and interfering in the Ukrainian crisis. The Russian Foreign Ministry has refuted the claims and stressed on multiple occasions that Moscow was open to cooperation to investigate any of the allegations, but none of the cooperation requests have been answered.
