WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th October, 2018) The United States has extended the expiration date for companies to wind down business with Rusal and EN+ for another month until December 12, 2018, the US Treasury Department said in a press release on Friday.
"EN+ and RUSAL have approached the US Government about substantial corporate governance changes that could potentially result in significant changes in control," the release said. "As the review of these proposals is ongoing, OFAC is extending the expiration date of related licenses until December 12," the release said.
