Russia and Hungary are concerned about official Kiev's policy aimed at Ukrainization of education and infringement of the rights of ethnic minorities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Wednesday after talks with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 03rd October, 2018) Russia and Hungary are concerned about official Kiev's policy aimed at Ukrainization of education and infringement of the rights of ethnic minorities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Wednesday after talks with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto.
"Both Hungary and Russia, like all other countries of the world, are in favor of the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. We also have common concerns about the Ukrainian authorities' policy aimed at Ukrainization of education, infringement of the rights of ethnic minorities... contrary to the obligations that Ukraine assumed under the relevant international conventions," Lavrov told reporters.
