The blast took place in a motorcycle near the assistant commissioner’s car
Pishin (Pakistan Point News – 14th September, 2018) At least three personnel of Levies forces were martyred while several other persons were injured in a blast at Pishin bypass.
According to media reports, the blast took place near Pishin bypass in Chaman on Friday.
Police sources said that one car was also damaged in the blast.
Police said that the bomb was planted in a motorcycle that exploded near the assistant commissioner’s car. The assistant commissioner was however not present in the car, the police added.
Rescue teams reached the site of the blast and shifted the injured to nearby hospital for treatment.
Two of the critically injured levies officials are being shifted to Quetta.
A search operation is also being conducted in the area following the blast.
