Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 14th September, 2018) A local court in Islamabad has rejected bail plea of renowned tv anchor Dr Shahid Masood in the ptv corruption case for failing to appear before the court.
Special Central Judge Iram Niazi heard Dr Shahid Masood’s pre-arrest bail petition today.
The court ordered to arrest Dr Shahid Masood and bring him before the court.
The court remarked that the accused should have appeared before the court in personal capacity.
Dr Shahid is facing a corruption case of Rs 3.8 crores for which the FIA had received his non-bailable arrest warrants on June 1.
