WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 14th September, 2018) Paul Manafort, the former chairman of the Trump campaign, tentatively agreed to a plea deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller ahead of his upcoming trial, US media reported on Thursday.
The deal is expected to be announced in court on Friday, but it is not known whether Manafort has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors or is simply conceding to a guilty plea, ABC news reported, citing three unnamed sources.
