"I had telephone talks with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu today. The conversation was positive. We exchanged views on the situation in the region, primarily in Syria. We also discussed Idlib and some specific steps. I hope they will be implemented soon, which will lead to greater stability, greater security there," Akar told reporters.
