Lee Yanbin, 53, is in custody and being questioned, police said in a statement. No details of how she is linked to Saturday's blaze that killed 20 tourists from Beijing were revealed.

The fire erupted early morning at Beilong Hot Spring Leisure Hotel, prompting response from over a hundred firefighters. Twenty-three people were injured in the blaze.
