MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 30th August, 2018) US President Donald Trump does not plan to revive war games with South Korea and Japan but leaves this option on the table, the White House said in a warning to North Korea's Kim Jong Un.
"[T]he President believes that his relationship with Kim Jong Un is a very good and warm one, and there is no reason at this time to be spending large amounts of money on joint U.S.-South Korea war games," the statement, tweeted by Trump, read.
The administration warned, however, that he could "instantly start the joint exercises again with South Korea, and Japan, if he so chooses. If he does, they will be far bigger than ever before."
