Russia remains open to building normal relations with the United States despite Washington's sanctions against Moscow over the 'Skripal affair', Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th August, 2018) Russia remains open to building normal relations with the United States despite Washington's sanctions against Moscow over the 'Skripal affair', Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"We remain open to building normal relations with Washington based on real consideration of each other's interests and mutual respect," Lavrov said in an interview with the Slovak newspaper Pravda.
