KUBINKA (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd August, 2018) Work to modernize the Iskander tactical ballistic missile systems has begun and is well underway in Russia, Valery Kashin, the general designer of the enterprise developing the system - the Design Bureau of Machine Building - told Sputnik.
"The work is underway at full speed, I can't say anything more yet," Kashin said in response to a relevant question.
