Belarusian President Dismisses Two Ministers

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko dismissed on Tuesday the country's industry, architecture and construction ministers, warning two more senior officials that they would lose their posts too unless they performed their duties better.

MINSK (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 14th August, 2018) Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko dismissed on Tuesday the country's industry, architecture and construction ministers, warning two more senior officials that they would lose their posts too unless they performed their duties better.

"To immediately dismiss [Industry Minister Vitaly] Vovka, [Architecture and Construction Minister Vladimir] Cherny," Lukashenko said, as quoted by the Belta state-run news agency.

The president added that State Military Industrial Committee Chairman Oleg Dvigalev and Security Council Secretary Stanislav Zas had showed professional incompetence, threatening to dismiss them as well unless the situation changed.
