MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 14th August, 2018) A court in Moscow on Monday once again arrested Sergei Lemeshevsky, the former director general of Russian Lavochkin Research and Production Association aerospace company, who is accused of fraud, a Sputnik correspondent reported.
"The court ruled to ... remand [Lemeshevsky] in custody up until September 19," a judge in the courtroom said.
A court has earlier ordered Lemeshevsky's arrest but it was canceled by the Moscow City Court and ordered the case to be reviewed by a different court.
The head of press service of Russia's Roscosmos State Space Corporation said on July 25 that a criminal case had been launched against Lemeshevsky.
