Says he has met Sajal at a really good time in life
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 8th August, 2018) Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Aly are the favourite on screen couple these days.
Not only have their on-screen chemistry in Yakeen ka Safar left people in awe, their off-screen bonding is also something to root for.
Hence, there have been rumours that the two are dating but neither of them have given an official statement on it.
However, in a recent interview with BBC Asian Network, Ahad opened up about the relationship rumours.
“I’ve met Sajal at a really good time in my life. She knows me for who I am, which I think is a beautiful thing. I’ve loved working with her. Apart from that, she’s a very special individual,” the 24-year-old said.
Talking about how their families are each other’s biggest fans, Ahad laughed and said, “I think we’re both huge supporters of each other. My family is a big supporter of her. We love her, we love her work. She’s a fantastic person.”
About the two of them dating is each, Ahad said, “I don’t know, maybe time will tell.”
Speaking about his work equation with Sajal, the Parwaaz Hai Junoon actor commented, “I think the best part of working together is that we work the same way. We approach things the same way. We see our work the same way, so maybe that’s why people enjoy our chemistry so much.”
To a question that this could be the reason every other director is trying to sign the dynamic duo and people might ever get tired of seeing Ahad and Sajal together, the actor said, “I’m not scared of it (the onscreen pairing) getting exhausted, but I do fear of people capitalising on it.”
About their roles in upcoming drama Aangan, he said people will see them differently.
“But here’s the thing: you might get Ahad and Sajal in a drama together but you’ll get us at a very different angle. You’re not getting the same thing. So, I think with Aangan, if people are expecting Yakeen Ka Safar, they should get ready for something else,” he said, adding, “I think it’s Sajal Aly at her finest.”
