Reshma was living at her parents' place due to differences with her husband.
Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 2nd August, 2018) Famous Pakistani Pashto stage actress and singer Reshma was allegedly shot dead by her husband over domestic dispute in Nowshera district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
Police sources said that Reshma was living at her parents’ home in Nowshera due to differences with her husband.
Reshma’s brother, Obaidullah, lodged an FIR with the police and accused her husband Faida Khan of the murder.
According to the FIR, Faida, who was working abroad, had recently returned to the country. He went to his in-laws’ place on Wednesday to convince his wife to return home.
Upon refusal, infuriated Faida opened fire at his wife, killing her on the spot.
