Shamma Al Mazrui launches ‘Eid al-Adha Bazar Exhibition’

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), and the honorary Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Business Women Council, ADBWC, Shamma bint Suhail Faris Al Mazrui, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, today launched the "Eid al-Adha Bazar Exhibition," at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Hotel.

ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 30th Jul, 2018) Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), and the honorary Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Business Women Council, ADBWC, Shamma bint Suhail Faris Al Mazrui, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, today launched the "Eid al-Adha Bazar Exhibition," at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Hotel.

The three-day exhibition, organised by the ADBWC, a branch of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ADCCI, as part of "4th Entrepreneurship Awareness Campaign," is being held under the theme, "The Future of Entrepreneurship, In Light of the Digital Economy."

The launch was attended by Mariam Mohamed Al Rumaithi, Chairwoman of the Executive Board of the ADBWC, and Shafiqa Al Ameri, Executive Director of ADBWC, as well as ADBWC executive board members Dalal Al Qubaisi, Huda Al Matroushi and Salma Al Muhairi.

Al Mazrui expressed her happiness at launching the exhibition, which is being held under the patronage of Sheikha Fatima and reflects her support for this important economic sector, and directly supports the country’s strategies and programmes to encourage women entrepreneurs, who represent a major proportion of the UAE’s business sector.

She added that Sheikha Fatima has prioritised all types of women’s projects and aims to encourage their pioneering, creativity and innovation. She also thanked the "Mother of the Nation" for her international accomplishments, which are appreciated, admired and respected while highlighting the key role of the ADBWC and its executive board in supporting female entrepreneurs and embracing their projects and innovations, through organising special campaigns.

The fourth campaign will target businesswomen and female entrepreneurs, as well as female members of national business councils, female Emiratis who work in the private and public sectors, and female students in schools, universities, colleges and institutions, as part of the ADBWC’s belief that exhibitions are among the best ways of promoting and marketing the efforts of female entrepreneurs.

The exhibition will feature many activities, events and products, and will be an opportunity for shopping during Eid al-Adha.
