Multan (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate JAVAID AKHTER has won PP-215 with 51637 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-215 Multan-V constituency with 51637 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Ch Fazal ur Rehman was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 45039 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League candidate Ahmad Yar Hiraj who got 39050 votes. At least 10 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-215. In 2013 elections, there were 154740 voters registered in PP-215, out of which 96743 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 62.52 %.
