Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MUHAMMAD AKRAM has won NA-239 with 69147 votes.
Korangi Karachi (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MUHAMMAD AKRAM has won NA-239 with 69147 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-239 Korangi Karachi-l constituency with 69147 votes. In 2013 general elections, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan candidate Mohammad Salman Khan Baloch was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 39251 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Subhan Ali who got 34408 votes. At least 26 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-239. In 2013 elections, there were 373762 voters registered in NA-239, out of which 153596 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 41.12 %.
