Malir (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Jamil Ahmed Khan has won NA-237 with 33280 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-237 Malir-ll constituency with 33280 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Sadiq Ali Memon was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 86746 votes.
The second runner up was Independent candidate Syed Riaz Hussain Shah Sheerazi who got 83055 votes. At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-237. In 2013 elections, there were 362768 voters registered in NA-237, out of which 210795 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 58.10 %.
