Hafizabad (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Ch Shoukat Ali Bhatti has won NA-87 with 165618 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in NA-87 Hafizabad-l constituency with 165618 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Ghulam Muhammad Lali was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 93651 votes.
The second runner up was Independent candidate Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat who got 80541 votes. At least 11 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-87. In 2013 elections, there were 367617 voters registered in NA-87, out of which 215478 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 58.61 %.
