Militant camps and hideouts alongside Pak-Afghan border have cleared, said DG ISPR

Rawalpindi, (Pakistan Point News – 27th September, 2016) : Asim Bajwa, Director General Inter Service Public Relations said on Tuesday during a press briefing that major operations under Zarb-e-Azb have been completed and 3 facilitators of Warsak colony incident were busted. Director General ISPR Lt Gen Asim Saleem Bajwa said that militant camps and hideouts from Pak-Afghan border region in the Rajgal area have been cleared. Pakistan Army has never raised fingers at anyone without concrete evidence.

The head of the military’s media wing said that the entire group that orchestrated the Warsak colony incident which targeted the christian community, including its 3 facilitators have been busted. DG ISPR said, “The network behind Mardan bombing, in which 12 people died, including lawyers, police personnel among civilians has also been busted." Gen. Bajwa said that measures have been taken to secure effective border management and 20 check posts have been setup, occupied by FC. He said that border management will only be effective if Afghanistan also plays a responsible role. He further said that charges by India over Uri attack are upsetting and Pakistan is always charged without any evidences.
