Kasur video scandal: Father pleads CJP to take action against accused

Man writes that accused threaten them with administration's support

Kasur (Pakistan Point News – 4th May, 2018) A father from Kasur has written a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar, pleading him to take action against the accused in Kasur child sexual abuse scandal.

The picture of the letter has gone viral on social media.

According to details, the father wrote to the chief justice that since he is not educated, he is making someone else write the application. The man wrote that he is a plaintiff in two cases of Kasur video scandal. Two of my children were killed after being raped, he said.

The man said that no action has been taken against the accused of the Kasur scandal. The accused threaten us while the administration is also supporting them.

The Punjab police seem helpless in the matter. My children are also like your children. Please grant us justice, he further pleaded.

After the picture of the letter surfaced on social media, it was made viral so it could reach the chief justice.

The Kasur sexual abuse scandal surfaced in 2015 when a gang sexually exploited boys and girls, made their videos and blackmailed their families. The accused had also been extorting millions of rupees and gold jewelry from the villagers since 2009.
