He acted as ambassador strengthening the two countries' decades' old friendly ties, said Ehson M. Ando earned great praise at a reception hosted by Japanese ambassador Takashi Kurai here last night to celebrate the conferment of Saitara-i-Pakistan by the President of Pakistan upon him on 23rd March 2018. The speakers including the ambassador deliberated upon his 13-year long services in Pakistan and said he was a bridge between the business community of the two countries, They lauded his qualities of head and heart, stating that he and his spouse took Pakistan as their second home and delivered the best in promoting true spirit of friendship between the two countries. Kimihide Ando in his brief remarks on the occasion said that he found Pakistan as best part of the World in term of rich culture and social values. There are ample business opportunities in Pakistan that could be further explored for the country's uplift and better living of the people, he added.
