Multan: 2 People Killed And 19 Injured In Swing Collapse

Multan, (Pakistan Point News - 15th Sep, 2016) : 2 people were killed and 19 injured when swing collapsed in Multan on Wednesday. According to the details, 19-years-old Umar and 24-years-old Ali Hassan were died of unbearable pain caused by injuries while treatment in the hospital. Among the 19 injured, 15 were discharged after being provided medical aid. 4 injured persons were still undergoing treatment at Nishtar Hospital. According to sources, the incident occurred when a safety lock of a swing was opened in Jinnah Park, Multan. 8 people were injured in the accident. According to the police, the ride operator has been arrested and investigation of the incident is underway. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice and directed to investigate the incident. CM Punjab formed a 3-member committee to probe into the accident.
