Hailing From Various Political Parties, 70 People Of Chitral Announced To Joined PTI

Chitral, (Pakistan Point News - 25th Feb, 2018) : At least 70 people belonging to various political parties announced to join Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) at Broze village by leaving other political parties on Sunday. The new joiners announced the decision of joining PTI during a meeting held at Broze village under the chair of district President PTI Abdul Lateef. Addressing to the party workers meeting Aftab Tahir general secretary of upper Chitral said that PTI brought real changes as well as completed different developmental schemes at Chitral.

He said that work on Lawari tunnel was started during the first regime of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto which was completed by then president Parvez Musharaf and Nawaz Sharif released very less fund for its construction. Aftab Tahir said that work on Golain goal hydro power house a project of WAPDA was started by Parvez Musharaf and was completed in PTI government. Other leaders also hailed services of PTI and their contribution for Chitral district.

Addressing on the occasion Abdul Lateef said that PTI is a name of a revolution which work on reform and changing on the system. He said that in past our politicians getting bribe from poor people on recruitment but in PTI government all appointment is doing on merit basis through NTS. We will continue our mission until to elect Imran Khan as prime Minister of Pakistan he added. He said that PTI success to bring positive changes and reform at KP level in police, revenue, education and health sectors.

he demanded from Federal government for supplying of electricity from Golain Goal Hydro power house on subsidize rate like Gilgit Baltistan, Hunza and Malakand Dargai where electricity is available on cheap rate of 2.50 per unit while at Chitral its rate is more than 13 rupees per unit and in case of using more than 100 units its rate increase to 15 rupees per unit which is not feasible for the poor people of Chitral. He demanded for supplying of electricity at 2.

30 rupees per unit so as to enable residents of Chitral to use it for cooking and heating purposes. Otherwise on completion of Lawi power house by PEDO Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization of 59 Megawatt we will supply electricity to consumers of Chitral at 2.50 rupees per unit and Wapda will be kicked out from here its supply will be disconnected by people. At last he put caps of PTI on the head of newly joining the party who left other parties.

Talking to INP Muhammad Din said that he was active worker of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) but now PPP is Zardari league so he left the party and joined PTI. Fidaur Rehman also left PPP and joined PTI. Besides other Muhammad Qasim, Ameenur Rehman, Aftab Tahir and other leaders were also present on the occasion. A large number of people were present in the meeting. Later one he inaugurated new office of PTI at Broze Union council bycutting the ribbon of new office on Drosh road.
