LANDI KOTAL, (Pakistan Point News - 06th Feb, 2018) : The security forces foiled a bid to smuggle huge quantity of drugs from Afghanistan and arrested an accused on Tuesday. According to Naib Tehsidar Political Administration Torkham Tehseenullah, the under the supervision of Commander Khasadar Force Shakeel Khan Afridi, the security forces launched snap checking of vehicles at Torkham. During search of a suspected truck coming from Afghanistan and bearing registration number C-9643, drugs weighing 171 kilogram concealed in secret chambers of the vehicle were recovered and drugs smuggler driver identified as Saleh Khan. The security personnel impounded the truck with recovered smuggled drugs and the detainee was shifted to Landi Kotal Jail.
