Director General (DG) Health Services, Dr. Akhter Rasheed has said that the Provincial Health Department has established Isolation ward, Flu Filtration Clinics and flu desk in all Tehsil Headquarter (THQ), District Headquarter (DHQ) and Teaching Hospitals of Punjab.
LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News - 17th Jan, 2018) : Director General (DG) Health Services, Dr. Akhter Rasheed has said that the Provincial Health Department has established Isolation ward, Flu Filtration Clinics and flu desk in all Tehsil Headquarter (THQ), District Headquarter (DHQ) and Teaching Hospitals of Punjab. He expressed these views while speaking during his surprise visit to Jinnah Hospital here on Wednesday. Dr. Akhter Rasheed said that Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department has provided vaccination of H1N1 and medicines to all the Hospitals.
The DG Health visited flu filtration clinic, isolation ward and flu desk with MS Jinnah Hospital. Dr. Akhter issued direction to Hospital administration to ensure vaccination of those doctors and staff who engaged in treatment of H1N1 Patients. The DG Health expressed satisfaction on overall arrangements in Jinnah hospital regarding H1N1.
