Iraq: Attack During A Wedding In Southern City Of Karbala, 18 People Killed While 26 Injured

Baghdad, (Pakistan Point News – 29th August, 2016) : 15 people were killed in the attack during a wedding ceremony in the southern city of Karbala, Iraq. Reuters has reported, citing police, 5 including a suicide bomber attacked a wedding party in Ain Altamr, western area of Karbala. According to the police, attackers opened fire with machine guns and threw hand grenades at the participants of the event, killing at least 18 people while 26 injured. However, security forces killed all the attackers.
